　　移動式滾筒篩選金設備出口菲律賓，工作流程如下：原料通過工程車輛送入進料斗，首先篩分出較大不合格的物料，細料通過高壓水反沖均勻進入多鉸刀鏈條驅動式滾筒篩內， 通過滾筒篩內多條鉸刀把成團粘泥絞散，中央供水管道永遠朝向下部對物料進行充分沖洗將粘泥沖走，然后篩分為 6mm 以上與 6mm 以下兩種規(guī)格。其中 6mm 以上物料排入一條固定溜槽進行大顆粒礦物提取回收后，廢料排入廢料區(qū)域，回收率達到 90% 以上；
　　6mm 以下物料排入料箱內通過一臺沙泵打入臥式全自動排礦離心機內進行精選(沙泵供料能夠保證進料濃度在 30%以下，并 且對物料進行二次清洗，極大提高回收率)，小于 6mm 以下的礦物會在臥式自動排放離心機通過 PLC 電腦控制下自動排入精料 箱內，廢料自動排出到廢料區(qū)域。

The material ≤6mm into horizontal automatic centrifuge concentrator by one set 4inch sand pump which can control the concentration below 30% and also the 2nd washing to mineral efficiently,finally the concentrate automatic discharged and scrap getting
rid into scrap pool.
